How to translate this into a real wedding? This would be a budget friendly wedding with lots of DIY charm, and repurposing of items purchased for the wedding. The Limon and Gingersnap Garden Stripe invitations, enclosure cards, favor tags, table numbers, thank you notes and patterned paper are all free downloads from Marry You Me by Cambria Evans for J.Bartyn Design - just add your own text and print on cardstock using your own printer. Grab a game of Scrabble from your closet and use the pieces to spell out cute phrases to decorate your guest book table and your dessert buffet. Find or have a ruffled tablecloth made - the one shown was originally from Pom Pom Interiors, but could easily be replicated by a seamstress. Another budget alternative is to DIY a ruffled crepe paper runner. Serve homemade lemon cupcakes, made a day or two before the wedding (a fun bridesmaids activity). Fill white vases (like these from Ikea) or empty limonata bottles with supermarket bundles of yellow flowers. You can special order flowers through the store's floral manager - my fave bargain flower source is Trader Joe's, and the vases can be repurposed in your new home after the wedding. Cute ruffled serveware (like these from Potluck Studios) will also be great wedding purchases that can be repurposed post nuptials. One last sweet idea - serve homemade fizzy ginger lemonade, either in a jar with a ladle for cocktail hour or in chilled swing-top glass bottles with custom labels, one for each table during the meal.
I absolutely love lemon anything as well! Lemon bars, lemon color, simply just lemon! Very cute post. I also think I might have the ruffled tablecolth made for a bridal shower. This is a great color palette for a shower.

Not only do I love it, but I had already decided to do this palette- for my winter (December) wedding- one of our songs is "You Are My Sunshine." Thanks!
