A wintery wedding inspired by moody shades of blues paired with winter white and a touch of sophisticated black. This has a elegant, somewhat vintage feel to it - I love the romantic ruffled dress, the ice blue beaded caplet, the birds here and there in the decor, blue and white patterned china, the groom in all blue, of course I couldn't resist including the Something Blue Manolo Blahnik shoes, escort cards in hues of blue and for a grand finish, a ruffled cake inspired by the bride's dress with a chalkboard background mimicking the white calligraphy all over this wedding.

ReplyDeleteI know its such a fab dress! Its a Vera Wang and is a "double-layered ivory hand-painted tissue organza gown with draped bodice and cut floral corsage".
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! I'm currently shopping for my dress and am looking for anything that isn't strapless! it's fabulous....now I must find!!!
ReplyDeleteI found it on Brides.com, here's the link: http://www.brides.com/fashion/dresses/gallery/wedding_dresses/runway/designer/verawang/detail/172731?offset=62
ReplyDeleteAlso the dress was borrowed from Destiny's Bride in Arizona for the photo shoot, and they would have more info, price point, etc on it.
